Conditions of admission
Candidates must be able to demonstrate  a professional attitude, commitment and strong motivation. In addition a good command of English is essential.

Liability
Participation in our masterclasses occurs at the participant’s own risk. Participants are responsible for damage which they may cause. Liability for compensation, in so far as it is not based on intent or gross negligence is out of the question, in particular if a masterclass, a course or a part thereof has to be cancelled. InCanto holds the right to remove a participant from the course or a part thereof at all times, without liability for compensation.

Participation fees
If an application is cancelled less than one month before the final application date 50% cancellation fees will be due.  If withdrawal occurs after the final application date or less than one month before the first day of the course, 25% of the participation fees may be reimbursed, only in proven cases of force majeure (e.g. illness, accident, death in the family etc) otherwise the participant is obliged to meet the full fee within two weeks after cancellation. After that the full fee as well as any legal costs will be declared to the participant.

NB All payments are to be made on OUR basis only, which means that all transaction costs are for the participant. Ask your bank before making any payments.

Data protection
Participants take note that the data stated by him or her will be stored and processed according to the terms of the data protection law. InCanto holds the right of using recordings and photographs taken during the courses for promotional purposes only.

Confirmation of  participation
At the end of their masterclass active participants may request a written confirmation of  participation.

Choice of law and place of jurisdiction
It is agreed that Dutch law applies for all conflicts resulting from or related to the business relationship under exclusion of norms of international private law and of the UN Convention on Contracts for the international sale of goods. The place of jurisdiction for all conflicts resulting from or related to the business relationship is Haarlem, the Netherlands.
